Return Policy – FineMart

At FineMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, our Return & Refund Policy explains how you can request a return, exchange, or refund.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or custom reasons (e.g., personal care items, customized products).

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our Customer Support team at contact@finemart.nl with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Contact contact@finemart.nl within 14 days to arrange an exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or defective, contact our support team immediately with photos of the damage.
  • FineMart will arrange a replacement or full refund.
