1. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take in the Netherlands? A: Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days. Order before 17:00 and you may receive your package tomorrow.

Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes! All orders within the Netherlands have free shipping.

Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


2. Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept Credit & Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and iDEAL for NL customers.

Q: Is it safe to pay on FineMart? A: Absolutely. All payments are encrypted and secure.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: Orders can be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Contact our support team immediately.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item? A: Yes, items can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging. Some products, like hygiene items, are non-returnable.

Q: How do I request a refund? A: Contact us at contact@finemart.nl with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Q: What if my item is defective or damaged? A: We will replace it or issue a full refund. Contact support immediately with photos of the issue.

Q: Are your products genuine and high quality? A: Yes. All products are carefully selected and tested to meet high-quality standards.

Q: Do your products come with a guarantee? A: Yes, all products come with a 1-Year Guarantee covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
